KMV Role: Structural Engineer of Record

KMV is proud to serve as the Structural Engineer of Record for SeAH Steel USA’s new manufacturing facility in Temple, Texas. From the first planning discussions through groundbreaking and into construction, we’ve been fully embedded alongside MJDII Architects and H+W—helping to turn an ambitious industrial vision into a fast-moving reality.

This project is more than just steel and concrete—it’s the result of tight coordination, aligned values, and a unified team effort. KMV’s role has been hands-on and continuous, starting from early structural concepts through design documentation and now into field support. Every structural element has been developed with the project’s aggressive schedule, specialized equipment, and industrial performance requirements in mind.

What Makes This Project Unique

  • Speed: This is truly a fast-paced industrial project—with planning, design, and construction happening on compressed timelines.

  • Integration: KMV worked in close collaboration with MJDII and H+W to ensure the structural design aligned seamlessly with architectural and construction goals.

  • Scale & Function: The facility will support heavy industrial operations, requiring coordination with large-scale process equipment and infrastructure.

For KMV, this is the kind of project we thrive on—where structural engineering is not an afterthought, but a key contributor to project success. We’re proud to be part of a team that shares our commitment to respect, integrity, and building something better—together.
